Property plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also contained in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying various sections of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, including designs for dock shelters.
Further images made public as part of the current congressional release.
